1kg flour
1 package of yeast (7g)
675ml of water
1 tbsp. salt
1-2 cans of tomatoes

Process
- Mix flour, salt and yeast in a bowl. Add the lukewarm water and mix it to a dough.
- Knead the dough until it is elastic and smooth (15min.).
- Let the dough rise for about 1h.
- Fry the garlic until it is soft and add the tomates and basil. Cook for about 5min and add salt.
- Divide the dough in balls (maybe 4) and let it rise for another 30min.
- For creating a flat dough, take an oily oven plate and put the risen dough carefully on the plate.
Use your fingertipps to widen the dough, starting in the center.
- Put ingredients on the pizza.
- Turn the oven to maximum heat and bake the pizza in the highest position.
You can also bake the dough without ingredients first.
